Since your skin is the largest organ in your body, it is a true representation of internal health. If you exercise, eat healthy, control stress, and avoid environmental toxins, your skin will glow and you will feel good. If you fill yourself with processed, chemical-laden foods and are stressed out, you will feel crummy and your skin will appear dull and sallow. Lifestyle determines 90% of how you age, genetics accounts for a measly 10%! The power is in your hands.
